Elite members have the privileges and opportunities to exploit and influence and therefore participate in the decision-making processes, that make an impact on various institutions which influence life and living. As much as I agree with this, it is something that I do not feel comfortable about at all. I am more of the believer that opportunities should be distributed in the society as per need, and thus prefer the equitable distribution of the opportunities. I had experienced while applying for a job position of a higher position, that there were reservations for a certain company and others had to get hold of the position through an intelligence aptitude.
